Adult Day Services

Unique Care Community Services provides OPWDD-approved Day Habilitation Services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Brooklyn, Queens, and North New Jersey areas.

 

We are a day-hab without walls which means we like to go out into the community and experience all the city has to offer. 

 

Unique Care provides an opportunity for your loved one to build relationships with their peers, learn new skills,  and become more independent in their daily lives.

 

Upon arriving to our day-program, we like to assess each individual to discover their personal interests. We then like to incorporate math, basic reading, money-management, and communication and socialization skills along with it.

 

Our intention is to build successful and meaningful interactions with their peers, families and other members of their community.
