What makes Unique Care a great place to work?

A Culture Of Care

As an organization supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), care and empathy plays an essential role in our every day work.

It is important to us that our staff feel valued and appreciated so that same level of care and attention can trickle down unto our program participants who receive care from our dedicated staff.

Family-Oriented

We like to believe each employee that joins our team is apart of our family. Each person plays an important part in helping us to achieve our goals; which is to help people with developmental disabilities become more independent in their every day lives.

Each of our employees are treated with kindness and respect and are celebrated for their contributions to the lives of those we serve and work alongside with.

On Fridays, we love to dress down and wear our Unique Care T-shirts to show camaraderie and solidarity!

Training

The impact that our employees have on the lives of our individuals, as well as their families is monumental. That is why we like to keep everyone fresh with the most up-to-date trainings to demonstrate in the field.

Our trainings prepare you at every stage, from entry-level positions to senior management.

Flexibility

We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem positions, to best fit our employees' scheduling needs.
