This fundraiser was created to support the Cost-Of-Living-Adjustment (COLA) initiative and raise awareness about the urgent need for fair compensation for DSPs. ​ The Importance of Direct Support Professionals ​ Direct Support Professionals are dedicated individuals who work tirelessly to empower individuals with disabilities.
